I have picked up a few really nice articles of brand name clothing here, but you have to be patient and go frequently as they get new stuff every day. Sometimes hard to get the size I need since most things are L or XL ... but perseverance and patience are key because there's always at least 1 "just perfect" thing ... Happy shopping! 😃

Firstly of all, I was taken aback by the high prices of JUST THRIFT USED items at Orfus Road, I understand that your store carries a selection of high-end, designer clothing pieces, but the prices were exorbitant for a thrift store. It seems contradictory to the purpose of secondhand shopping, which is to reduce consumption and save money. I left feeling like I could have easily found similar items for much less elsewhere . Additionally, I was disappointed with the selection of items available. I expected a wider range of choices, but instead found that most of the clothing was so expensive. I don’t recommend this store, I rather buy new clothes than to buy in this JUST THRIFT STORE

It's definitely fallen off. The staff are really over invested emotionally in their jobs . I've been a customer for years I go 4 times a week. The employees are pure drama towards regular customers. The employees get first crack all the merchandise that comes in so anything really good never sees the floor of the store. The new security guard takes his job way too seriously. The prices are so overpriced considering how bad the selection is as of late. A year ago I'd of said 4.5 stars . But as of today I'm done with just thrift . Not going back .the employees need a reality check. Their just working at a thrift store. I often think about getting a job there just so I can show management how terrible and useless all the people working there are . I could replace all those girls

My friend and I went to look at jackets. He got bedbugs from this place. We know for sure its from here cuz we dont take the ttc and hadnt been out much outside of this place

Some items are a bit on the high side even though they are warned out , I go there because it’s close by but the prices should go down and it would be good

Store used to be really good…. Now falling to corporate greed. They sell a lot of counterfeits… don’t buy any Canada goose… to MONGLER 🤣🤣🤣 …

Super clean, organized and does not have that "thrift store smell" Very friendly staff. Great prices! I walked out of the store with 4 beautiful pieces in almost new condition... fantastic deal of $65

I used to love this place...back in around 2018 when I first found it I was stoked because there were really designer brands for less money, at second-hand prices! Now they are overcharging just like every other Thrift/Vintage store in Toronto. I genuinely was disappointed because this is a spot I was hoping to shop affordably from for years to come but I am highly disappointed by these prices. I gave it three stars because the clothes are still cute but are just thrift store prices. I even saw some beat-up Jordan's in a glass with an 800$ price tag on it..Very strange, doesn't make sense to me......The store has OK accessibility, One bench for me to sit on, I walk with a cane so I appreciated that.
